With minimal delays, you can now produce custom beams in a continuous fashion with no need to change beam sizes or shapes. Beam Layout Welding increases productivity for both tapered and straight beams. Automatically welds both the beam's flanges at once. This allows for the maximum penetration on up to 1/2" web and 1 1/2" flange. All this in just one pass and only one side. The PHI system creates a fillet between the web and the flange. The welds are uniform and meet the requirements of construction codes.
